- Has the broadband been checked for speeds and connection
- How many devices are connected to the same LAN
- Is SIP ALG disabled on router
- Does the same issue occur when IP phone is connected directly via the router
- Is the IP phone/softphone on the latest firmware
- Can the issue be replicated from a soft phone or another IP device
- Can the issue be replicated from a different network
- Is it incoming/outgoing calls or both
