Cordless Handsets not working - Follow these steps
If you experience that your cordless handsets are not ringing, or can't dial out
Check the following:
- Restart the cordless handset base station which will be connected to your broadband router, or network point. Remove power source or turn off power plug, wait 60 seconds and then return power supply. Wait for the base station to reboot.
- Check Cordless handset base station has active internet connection
- Check cordless handset is paired to the cordless handset base station
If the suggested steps don’t restore your cordless handset service, please submit a Support Ticket via this portal, or by emailing support@gocloudcom.co.uk providing your customer details, and as much information as you can in relation to the fault.
